| Bring your desktop PC to a TechGuys service centre and we'll complete a consultation with you to understand the problems you are having. |  |
| We'll carry out a diagnosis of your PC and advise what the problem is and what we need to do to repair your PC. | |
| Advise you on how long the repair will take and how much it will cost. | |
| Repairs are normally completed within 3 days. | |
| Once the repair is done we'll give you a call. When you collect your PC we'll run through our service report and answer any questions you may have. | |
