If you trade in a desktop or laptop PC we will erase your personal data using software that meets government approved standards. You'll have peace of mind that your personal data won't be snooped over by others.
If you are trading in another device such as a mobile phone, MP3 player or games console we advise you to delete any data on the device before you send it to us.
